| OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY FACILITATION OST is a way to facilitate group meetings, retreats, or conferences to maximize participant freedom, responsibility, and personal ownership. It stimulates communication, collaboration, innovation, and solutions to challenges and transitions. It's been used in over 130 countries with groups of 10 to over 1000 from a wide array of industries and communities. OST is a great tool when your organization or community has a complex problem, you are completely out of ideas regarding a solution, there's a diversity of people that you can bring to the process, and it's time for some resolution. Group members emerge from the process invigorated, refreshed, and proud of their individual and collective accomplishments. Facilitations range from one-half to two-and-a-half days, depending on desired deliverables. More about OST may be found at www.openingspace.net. Contact Dave Goldberg Sensei directly to inquire about having an Open Space event. |
