"Aikido In Focus" is a series of concise topical training clinics for accelerating both your Aikido and personal development.
In the September 11 workshop we will be exploring the "shadow" in an aikido context. we will identify our projections, own them, discover their gifts, and free positive and useful energy that has been a block to the system. This workshop is for a mature audience willing to be challenged. |
$30 with advanced registration.
$40 at the door.
Any Aikidoist who can fall and roll out of technique safely is invited to participate.
